The day is finally here! I have been dreaming about this day for years! I am finally announcing the immanency of the publication of a novel written by yours truly!
It has been on my author page for a while as I have been working on it since the summer of 2015. I finished the writing of the rough draft last march and shelved it. I had had high hopes of finishing it much sooner, but life took over and I found that the break I took from it, allowed me a much clearer mind when it came to editing. After editing, it is currently as we speak in the beta reading stage. I have a group of ladies going through every detail so that we can make it the best that we can!
So. . . drumroll please!!!
London In The Dark is slated for publication the end of February! I am so excited!
Here is the synopsis:
Olivia Larken Hartwell lives with her adoring parents and is just home from boarding school for the summer. She misses her elder brother Cyril and hopes for the day when he will return home. Then, a terrible accident changes her life in a way she never could have imagined.
Forced to take in his younger sister, budding Private Detective Cyril Arlington Hartwell is in a muddle. London is being ravaged by the largest run of thefts in recent history. His hunch that it is all tied together may put him and his sister in more danger than he could have reckoned.
Join Cyril and Olivia and their friends as they seek to bring the hidden to light, execute justice, and dispel the darkness that hovers over London, and their hearts.

Now, for the pièce de résistance! The cover reveal!
Isn’t she gorgeous?!?!? Swoon! One of the most exciting things for me, the author, is to see my dreams of a lovely cover come true! Thanks so much to my dear friend Julia Erickson and her photoshop whiz brother, this cover exceeded every expectation! I am so in love with it! What do you think? I am so in awe of how everything is coming together and I can’t wait to release my baby to the world! I hope you love the characters as much as I have and that the passion, tears, and laughter I poured into this book touches your heart. Overall, I hope that you are blessed and drawn a little bit closer to your Savior after reading this. Cheers!
Are you excited for the book? Do you like the cover?
