Room Tour // Vlog

I’ve seen others do room tours and I always loved the idea. It’s almost as if we are inviting you into our space to see where we live, like a good friend. Enjoy this tour and pull up a chair in my room. I’ll get the tea directly! One lump or two?

Do you want to see more videos like this one? I’m up for requests, so be sure to comment below with ideas!

A Day In The Life Vlog: Summer 2018

What’s up!!!! I’m finally back to doing the occasional video! I definitely want to do more, but not that I have a new laptop that can actually allow me to edit the videos without taking 5 hours. . . I hope to do just that! If you knew how many times I’ve started to film a day in the life video and then forgot to keep filming. . . Let’s just say there are a lot of useless video files on my computer. LOL! That being said, enjoy!

What did you think? Do you want to see more vlog/videos?

5 Ways To Put The Spring In Your Step

We have come off of a VERY COLD SPRING. *tries desperately hard not to be mad about it. Just this past week it has finally started to feel like spring, but then it got to be into the 80*’s and I fell a bit like we got cheated out of spring and shoved into summer instead.

I feel like once the weather gets warm, we naturally tend to take on a bit of a spring in our step, but there are definitely some ways we can help that energy along. Here are 5 ideas to get you going.

1)Switch to an iced beverage. When it’s cold outside, no one wants to drink anything icy. But now that’s it’s warm, we can finally indulge! If you are a coffee drinker, switch from your latte to an iced coffee or even, heaven of all heavens, a frappuccino! If tea is your thing, try iced tea. Even putting ice in my water has really made me drink more and enjoy it!Read More »

Coffee Lover’s Book Tag

Coffee Lovers book tag

I am super stoked about this post! Thanks so much to Kate from Once Upon an Ordinary for tagging me! I love coffee and books, so this is going to be fun! Hold on just one second, I need a mug. 🙂

1. Black coffee–name a series that is tough to get into but has hardcore fans.

The Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer. I have been absolutely shocked by the amount of people that love these books. They sound so weird to me, I’m not going to lie. My mind literally hurts from trying to understand when I read the synopsis of book one, then two gets worse, and three just looks downright creepy. This is my personal opinion of course, but maybe someday I will give the book a skim-read try, but as for now, they hold no appeal to me.Read More »
